Marathon Hopefuls- 2015
Seven SDAC runners are tackling the 26.2 marathon miles soon. Heather Maddock is running the Brighton Marathon on Sunday 12th April, Krissy Taylor, Kerry Bell, Vince Langdon, Naomi Flanagan (not pictured) and Gemma Body are taking part in the Virgin London Marathon on 26th April and John Drennan is crossing the border to run the Edinburgh Marathon on May 31st. Kerry is raising money for MIND, Vince for Rowcroft and our chair's charity, The Williams Foundation, he will be dressed as Dracula and hoping his make up doesn't run. For Heather and Gemma it will be their first marathons. Gemma is a midwife at Torbay hospital and is running for SANDS the charity which supports families and research into stillbirth and neo-natal death, her justgiving page is www.justgiving.com/gemmabody. John Drennan will be running for the Williams foundation.
