Sadie Heathcote and Laura White with their medals at the Plymouth Round Table Mad March Hare. This is a tough 10k starting at the Plymouth Devils Speedway Stadium, taking in the Saltram Estate, running along the river Plym and back again. Laura finished in 1.23.46 and Sadie in 1.23.48.
