Honiton Hippo and Calf - 9th April 2017

Honiton Hippo: Four South Devon AC runners enjoyed the 7 mile Honiton Hippo organised by Honiton running club. This race involves several river crossings and plenty of hills. David Hampton in fine form secured a medal place by coming 2nd in 51.35, 108-Bridget Williams 1.23.36, 151-Steve Maddock 1.33.50, 152-Chris Reece 1.33.50. Hippo Calf: Representing Sherwell Valley School and South Devon AC, Hannah Carr and sister Laura ran the baby Hippo 3k off road run. Hannah was 1st U11 girl and 5th lady finisher, 30th in 15.45, and Laura 37th in 17.37.
