Arc Of Attrition - 9th to 11th February 2018
Marc Jones took part in the Arc Of Attrition in Cornwall a 100 mile winter coast path Ultra, an extreme challenge from Coverack to Porthtowan which involves the carrying of mandatory kit and some navigation ability to navigate the course in all weathers and at night.
The event has strict cut off times and many runners fell foul of the cut off times including South Devon AC runner Marc who put in an amazing effort to keep going for 26:51:48 unfortunately missing the cut off at St Ives.
