Results - week ending 28th July 2019

Lots of South Devon AC runners in action this week with three taking on the hilly Kingsbridge Carnival 10k in the week. Saturday saw the usual suspects at parkrun and Sunday was the Stoke Gabriel Carnival 10k and Prusty Plod.

Neil and Sue Hayes ran at Stoke as part of their wedding anniversary celebrations so congratulations to them!

After training hard for Sundays Outlaw Ironman at Nottingham Vince Langdon was a bit disappointed when it turned into an Ironman Aquathlon with the bike leg cancelled due to adverse conditions. Vince still had a good swim and run finishing in 304th place and 25th in his age category.

Steve Maddock had a great ride at the Mendip Sportive 100 mile earning a bronze medal.

Stoke Gabriel results will be updated when they are available.
