Results - week ending 1st December 2019
South Devon AC seniors and juniors were representing the club on Sunday at the Devon County Cross Country. The “senior” squad was Vince Langdon, Brian Marjoram and Roger Webb and the juniors were Lauren Carr, Hannah Carr, Theo Glew, Harry Kendall, Oscar Mytton and Evie Rowe. The girls were also in action at the Ashton Night 5K run with great results. It was almost a clean sweep of the ladies podium with Lauren Carr 1st female and Evie Rowe 3rd, Hannah Carr was 4th Female and also taking her age group prize.
Preferring to race in warmer weather Kevin and Laura Ashworth travelled to Valencia for a race weekend. Laura ran the 10k and Kevin ran the marathon, both in great times 48:16 for Laura and 3:41:26 for Kevin.
