Storm Ciara sadly caused the postponement of Ocean Brave 10K on Sunday so it was just a parkrun weekend. There were PB’s at Torbay for Theo Glew, Lauren Carr and Dave Naish, also at Plym Valley for Matthew Dalton. Kevin and Laura Ashworth were at Stroud parkrun where Laura finished first Lady!
