Despite a turbulent morning, the rain cleared for the start of the First Chance 10K as 565 runners compete in a fast and flat 10km route around Exeter Riverside Valley Park

A superb turnout from South Devon Athletic Club runners included standout results for Jean Lyle, 2ndin age category in 1 hour 5 minutes and 40 seconds and Kerry Bell, 4th in age category in 51m 14s. Congratulations to everyone for a great set of results and new 10K PBs.
