Results - w/e 9th October 2022

It was very much a family affair at Bournemouth for South Devon Athletic Club at the weekend. Kerry Bell finished first in her age category in the Bournemouth half-marathon with a very impressive time of 1 hour 55 minutes and 36 seconds, her daughter Rachel Underhay ran the 10K event crossing the line in 1h 3m 18s.

Steve Carr also ran the 10K, finishing in 58m 47s, whilst his daughters competed in the 5K race, Hannah Carr finishing in 22m 55s with Lauren Carr in 23m 29s. Great running from SDAC at Bournemouth on a crisp Autumn morning. 

Matt Dalton also ran at the weekend and did what he does best, racing in another 100+ mile event, the North Coast 110 miler which follows the southwest coast path, beginning in Hartland Quay and finishing in Minehead with a mere 15000 feet elevation gain across the route!! Matt completed this in 30h 23m 10s and finishing in an amazing 4th place. Amazing work as usual, well done from all at SDAC.
